Terms & Conditions
At Shun Laser (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Please take note of the following terms when requesting a quote or purchasing a product from us:
Guarantee
- All products manufactured or laser cut by Shun Laser are guaranteed for a period of 3 months from the date of invoice.
- This guarantee covers faults or defects that are proven to be the direct result of Shun Laser’s manufacturing process.
Repairs & Replacements
- Should a fault or defect arise within the guarantee period, Shun Laser will gladly repair or replace the item.
- Refunds are not offered – we strictly follow a repair or replacement policy.
- Shun Laser also provides a repair service for products purchased from us, even after the guarantee period.
Exclusions
- The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modifications done after purchase.
